Fiscal Stabilization Stimulus Funding

Fiscal Stabilization money is awarded to each state's Governor through an application process. To get Stabilization funds, school districts will submit an application directly to the Governor outlining the intended use of these funds. These funds are not yet available.
The law states that the Governor shall use 81.8 percent of the State's allocation for the support of elementary, secondary, and postsecondary education and, as applicable, early childhood education programs and services.
